One Pan Spaghetti Bolognese Vegan


4 cloves of garlic (peeled, smashed and minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 handful spaghetti
2 pieces tomato (diced)
5 pieces tomato cherry (diced)
Cayenne powder (if desired)

A slice of lemon juice
A pinch of black pepper seasoning
A pinch of Himalayan salt


1. Heat a pan and add olive oil into a pan.
2. Sauté chopped garlic and big tomato and tomato cherry onto a pan.
3. Pour spaghetti onto the same pan and add water time to time.
4. Cook until your spaghetti is al dente.
